Amazing !!! Metal Wall-E Assembled from the Scrap Heap !

This Wall-E metal sculpture was made by the guys at Kreatworks, and is made from a variety of old car and machine parts – which is only appropriate, since Wall-E himself was assigned to clean up our junk.

Metal Wall-E measures about 47 inches tall by 23 inches square, making him quite a bit larger than I envisioned the little ‘bot in Pixar’s world. And at 150+ pounds, he’s put on a bit of weight too. Still he’s pretty damned cool, and I wouldn’t mind having him stand watch in front of my house.
If you want scrap metal Wall-E for yourself, you’ll need to scrounge up $2,800 (USD) of your hard-earned cash, and head over to Kreatworks.

I came across this story long time ago, but wanted to share it with u all ..

 

WHAT IS A LIGER ?

The liger is a hybrid cross between a male lion and a tigress. Thus, it has parents with the same genus but of different species. It is distinct from the similar hybrid tiglon. It is the largest of all known cats and extant felines.

Ligers enjoy swimming, which is a characteristic of tigers, and are very sociable like lions. Ligers exist only in captivity because the habitats of the parental species do not overlap in the wild. Historically, when the Asiatic Lion was prolific the territories of lions and tigers did overlap and there are legends of ligers existing in the wild. Notably, ligers typically grow larger than either parent species, unlike tiglons which tend to be about as large a female tiger.
